The workshops we offer may be your first step into exploring and bringing classical hatha yoga into your life, or a means to stay connected and make use of the space. We welcome you to join us as you embark on this inward journey of self exploration and transformation.
Yogakshetram Hatha Yoga program offers a comprehensive set of yogasanas which require no special physical agility or previous experience of yoga. It is a very subtle process of changing the energy in the system, which in turn straightens out physical and mental imbalances. Regular practice not only improves health and wellbeing, but also significantly enhances the experience of kriyas and meditation.

Surya Shakti

Surya Shakti is an active form of the Sun Salutation that consists of 18 postures. The word “Surya” means “sun” and “Shakti” means “energy”.

Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete wellbeing.
Thoppukaranam
Class Duration : 01 Session
Thoppukarnam also balances the right and left sides of the brain, and at the same time exercises the body. Enhances thinking capacity, and memory.
Angamardana
Class Duration : 05 Sessions
Angamardana is a series of 30 processes to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness and mental health. Building physical strength and fitness.

There is always something that makes Special. The way the hall was prepared, with Sadhguru’s photo. The Dhyanalinga yantra and Devi. Flowers and with sambhrani , it just made the ambience extremely conducive for Sadhana. The practices are designed to mould not just the body but the mind and emotions as well and I could feel it from the first session itself. There were very intense moments.
The way I could feel every inch of my body, was something totally new.
I have had Paid attention to myself during the practices and every time there was something new. By the last session I was already doing the asanas Which I thought would take months to come into. Surya Kriya felt like It opened me up. It was a cold winter and although it was raining outside, I was sweating to a point that my yoga mat was getting drenched along with my clothes.
